If you signed up with email, open the link in the verification email and 30 credits arrive. If you signed up with Google, they arrive when your account is created.

From your wallet. Card payments, on the web or in the app, are processed by Stripe, and purchases made through the App Store are processed by Apple; we never see or store your full card number.

A gift buys digital content and access, not a physical good and not a promise of a reply. Because it is delivered immediately, a gift is not refundable except where the law requires a refund or where we decide to make one.

No. An ALTR is a software persona written by a language model inside limits its creator set. It is always labelled as AI, and what it says is not the creator's own statement.

Email support@brnd.company with the ALTR's altr.bio address, roughly when it happened, and what you saw. A screenshot helps. You do not need an account to report.

No. The absolute limits are on for every ALTR, and neither the creator nor we can switch them off. Creators can draw stricter lines on top, never looser ones.

Ask for a reset link on the sign-in screen. The link works for 1 hour, and using it signs you out everywhere else.

Check your spam folder first. The link works for 24 hours, and you can ask for a new one a minute after the last.

You can close your account at any time. Email support@brnd.company and we answer within 30 days; account data is deleted within 30 days of closing.

You must be 13 or older to use altr.bio, and if you are under 19 you need a parent or guardian's permission. Anyone can use content that is not adult content. Adult (19+) content is only for people whose identity verification confirms they are 19 or older. It is off by default: on altr.bio, turn on 19+ mode (after verifying once) to see adult posts and chat at the adult grade; turn it off to go back to general content. 19+ mode is not available in the ALTR mobile app.

Creators keep 70% of every gift and 20% of per-message revenue. If those shares change we tell you before the change applies to money you have not yet earned.

Payouts go through Stripe, which collects identity, bank details, and tax forms directly. We may hold a payout while we investigate fraud, a chargeback, or a credible report, and we tell you when we do.
